	<title>Debt Reduction Plans</title>
	<description>
Come and get them while they are hot! Debt reduction plans are right here, right now! Yes, for low, low prices, you, too, can climb out of debt and you'll have personalized debt reduction plans to thank for your newfound financial security. Come take advantage of these debt reduction strategies while they are available, however, as consumers are snatching them up left and right. Step right up to valuable debt reduction. Who wants to be next?

The Benefits of Debt Reduction Plans

Those who are not in contact with any debt reduction services may not be aware of how advantageous it can be. Because credit card companies are replete with experts and financial professionals, they devise the antithesis of debt reduction plans, attempting to keep consumers in debt forever through supposedly great deals such as low monthly minimum requirements and generous spending limits. The appeal of personalized debt reduction plans is that you'll be able to see through these smoke screens, making adjustments in your expenditures that allow you to always make more than your monthly minimum payments. The importance of having a debt reduction strategy, however, is just to ensure that you pay off your monthly bills to the best of your ability every single month.

If you cannot afford debt reduction plans or simply do not trust these professionals, you can attempt to achieve debt reduction and elimination on your own. First, request a copy of your credit report to ensure everything is correct. Challenge all the negative listings on your report and attempt to have them permanently deleted. If everything is correct, contact your credit card companies to see if you can get a reduced interest rate and lower monthly payments. You can even explain that you would like to work with a debt reduction service to but can't afford it, and ask if you can have past late fees and other fees eliminated. Your creditors may or may not agree to this, but you can try. At no cost, this is a worthwhile debt reduction plan. One thing a debt reduction program can do for you that you may not be able to get done on your own is stopping your creditors from making harassing phone calls to you.

If you are not a do-it-yourselfer and want a cheaper way to get debt reduction help, look for companies that offer free debt reduction. These companies usually provide your initial consultation for free, but they still charge you a monthly fee until your debt is paid off. The cheapest way to get help with your personal debt reduction is to find a non-profit company specializing in debt reduction programs. These companies get tax breaks for being non-profit and they are also subsidized by credit card companies who realize that they are helping people who want to help themselves out of debt through debt reduction plans instead of bankruptcy. This way, they get their money eventually. If the debtor files for bankruptcy, the credit card companies will never get their money. Although non-profit companies are able to pass their savings on to you, they still have to charge you a monthly fee, but it's usually a lot less than a for-profit company would charge, and a lot less than the cost of the services they provide. Many Christian debt reduction companies are non-profit.
